MBA from Duke University (Fuqua School of Business), ICF-certified executive and leadership coach (Rutgers, Heidrick & Struggles), Six Domains of Leadership Certified Coach (Delta Leadership), with 25 years of real-world hands-on senior executive experience. Helped grow Red Hat from startup to a $4B enterprise. Expertise in global leadership, international expansion, go-to-market strategy, and business development. Proven record of building high-performing teams across cultures and geographies. Multicultural and multilingual, currently coaching leaders and teams in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
My Philosophy: Hire talented people you can trust, give them the tools they need, empower them, let them build, make decisions, and run the business. Two caveats: 1) stay informed (no surprises), and 2) be willing to step in and make tough decisions.
